Much Strangeness

Strange things happen when you're a single University student living away from home.

I'm starting to feel there's something not quite right. Perhaps the first symptom of this is that my sense of what is necessary is distorted.

For example:

  • Improving at Chess
Nice but not Essential
  • Cooking/eating properly
  • Ensuring I've got clean clothes to wear
  • Ensuring I have sufficient food in the pantry and fridge

This means that I occasionally get into this awkward situation where I've no clean clothes, I'm hungry, there's very little food available, and I try to console myself with the fact that I'm getting stronger at Chess (I think). It's not really enough though.

I'm also developing strange sleeping patterns. Last night, I slept at 8:30 pm, and I didn't rise from bed until 7:00 am this morning. Interestingly, I've not been lacking sleep lately. It's been a while since I've blogged too.
